Terms of service

Last updated 29 September 2026

1. The agreement

These terms apply when you or your organization use AICE Nexus, operated by AICE Africa. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organization you create or join.

2. Accounts and organizations

  • Give accurate details and keep your password and second factor to yourself.
  • An organization's admins decide who joins it and what role each member has.
  • New organizations may be reviewed before they can use the services.

3. API keys

Each project's API key acts for your organization. Keep it on your servers, never in a browser or mobile app, and rotate it straight away if it may have leaked. You are responsible for calls made with your keys.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the services to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including by crawling sites that forbid it;
  • process data you have no right to use;
  • probe, overload or get around the limits and security of the platform, except as our security policy allows;
  • build something that deceives or harms the people who use it.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send to the services. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide them to you. The privacy policy explains how we handle it.

6. AI output

Agents, answers and recommendations are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review them before relying on them, especially for decisions that affect people.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the services available and may improve or change them over time. We'll give notice of changes that remove something you rely on.

8. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend an organization that breaks these terms or puts the platform or others at risk, and will explain why where we can.

9. Liability

The services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
