Privacy policy

AICE Nexus is operated by AICE Africa ("we"). This policy covers the console, the public website and the APIs your projects call. For questions about it, use the contact form.

• Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password. We never store the password itself.
• Organization details: the organization name, and the sector and phone number given at sign-up.
• Security records: sessions (with the IP address and browser they came from), two-factor settings, and an audit trail of sensitive actions such as key rotations and role changes.
• Service content: what your projects send to the services: documents, crawled pages, data source connections, events and catalog items, agent definitions and conversations.
• Messages to us: what you send through the contact form.

• To run your account and the services you turn on, and to answer your requests.
• To keep the platform secure: sign-in checks, lockouts after repeated failures and audit records.
• To send the emails the service needs: verification codes, security notices and invitations.
• To reply to messages you send us.

The content your projects send belongs to you. We process it only to provide the services to you, keep it scoped to your organization, and don't sell it or use it to train models for anyone else.

We use a small number of cookies that the console needs to work: one holds your signed-in session, and others remember interface choices such as the theme and whether the sidebar is collapsed. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service (such as hosting and email delivery) under obligations to protect it, or when the law requires it.

We keep account and organization data while the account is active. Service content stays until you delete it or the project. Security and audit records are kept for as long as they are needed to protect the platform and meet legal duties.

You can update your name, email and password in Settings, and remove documents, sources and projects at any time. To get a copy of your data or to delete your account, use the contact form.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account admins.
